dots. but on a positive side, hey im doing these simple stuff for my pay actually is not bad and im training my PATIENCE too. i never need to do all this shit work at home and yet have to do over there. OH YA i m training to be secretary too. and taking care of the whole branch. why?

because basically i have to check for faulty machines, lightbulbs, litters and call for the serviceman. AND have to refill brochures and colleterals and change posters every wk. is like hey do-u think-we-are-that-free to change every wk.

nvm. im training to be stronger!

from the 1st day, where i almost landed myself on the door while pulling it open for the customers, from pulling it open with single hand.

they never thought the door is so damn heavy until they pull it. and guess what, some customers are so used to me opening door for them and they simply jus wait for me to open.

but i love those ah mas. haahha because they are very cute!! my heart melt whenever i see them smile with their fake teeth. hahaa. some are so old alrd!! i bet some are in 80s.

and u know, there is one customer's daughter named qiuting!! hahaha my name! so funny when she wrote the name on the note for me. i was like, hey!! thats my name hahahaha. so lame right lcukily the customer is those crazy type like me. ahaha. she more high than me!

and she told me those who named qiuting are successful ppl hahaha i was like no la, den she said, yes, cos my daughter is the BOSS of XXXX company. and you would become one of the top ppl one day.

WOW. i was stunned. hahaha. we high la.

there was a time when she called my name, QIuting! i was so stunned, for a sec i duno who is she lols!

and i have made so many friends!! customers become friends. :) thats the satisfaction i get at work. they come in naturally and talk to me about their work and stuff. hahaa. im so happy:)

yea some even come in and tot i remember them. :x i mean i don mean to forget them but there are really too many ppl. hahaha. you know wat, until now some of the regular customers i still forgot they speak mandarin or english.

sometimes i would say wrongly. I tot that uncle is a malay and he woud reply me in chinese. LOL. and when i speak mandarin, another uncle would reply in english. wa, i don really have terrific memory lol.


u know i dread gg to work because i have to walk a very long distance to my workplace. its really sickening because most of time i don eat breakfast. really no time.

den some weird ppl who walk very slow always like to cut my q. I dunno why they like to walk along the fast lane when they walk so SLOW. i dunno wahts gg on in their minds. oh pls dun let us curse u early in the morning ppl are rushing to work!!

lol. so bad . but really uh, its quite irritating.

yeah me, wearing skirt have to bend down now and then to close the door stopper before the bank opens and closes. and i have to bring out the heavy boards out everyday by myself. u know, only the CLeaner is nice.

why? she would help me to open the door when she saw me carrying the standees out. sometimes she even scolded me when i do it alone. cos she said the boards are so heavy!

yeaaaa at 1st i hurt my back while doing it. LOL. cos i have to use my back strength to open the door as my two hands are occupied in carrying the board.

after 2 mths of training, here am i skilled in doing these chores.

and for god sake, we have to climb up and down because the space area is DAMN limited.

smallest branch, waht can i say?


some branch alrd have auto doors, some branch have more than 1 SA.

and me, the only SA have to do all this shitwork. sometimes i feel so lonely and helpless. other than that, have to see my colleagues's face.

no matter how much efforts i put in, im still being said not LEarning fast enough. i have nth to say.

but you cant say i din build rapport with the customers because you din see how many friends i have made.

from what u see from what u see, hey its not about hw many timesu see. BEcause some of the timings are wrong!! you only see what you see.

its unfair.

thats why i feel sad. do you know hw much efforts i have put in? trying to remember all the stuff and not forgetting them?

and i even help them to do the stuff that i no need to do. did you see it?

if no, den pls do ur homework 1st. watch the cctv. hw many breaks have i gone?
